The Inscribed Early Christian Stone from Llanbabo is dated to the post Roman period of the late 5th or early 6th Century and gives the name of the man commemorated, ETTORIX, and, HIC IACET or “Here lies…†This stone gravestone is to be found on the windowsill close to the entrance hall in Bangor Museum. |
