Llaneilian Church is located in Llaneilian close to the town of Amlwch in Anglesey, North Wales. The church is noted for its white painted Norman tower with a pyramid shaped roof. The nave and chancel were built some time later in the 15th Century and the side chapel was built in the 14th Century. The chapel is reputed to mark the site of Saint Eilian’s original church. On the coastline close by is St Eilian's Holy Well, or Ffynnon Eilian, which was a popular place of pilgrimage in medieval times.
