Tenby Pembrokeshire Wales
Tenby Beach, in this case Tenby Castle beach, is located in the town of Tenby, in Pembrokeshire, South Wales. One of the best beaches in Pembrokeshire, the small sandy beach sits between St catherines Island and Tenby castle and at low tide joins up with South Beach. It's a great beach just to chill out or to explore this beautiful location, ...you can walk out to St Catherine's Island when the tide recedes. The excellent water quality makes Castle Beach popular for swimming and paddling, and a bit of surfing takes place on stormy days. For the more energetic there are many walks nearby including exploring the town itself and Tenbys' other fantastic beaches the North and South beaches. Indeed the Pembroke Coast Path cuts through Tenby Castle Beach. Facilities include toilets, with disabled access, and there is also a caf� and a first aid post. Shops are nearby and there is a slipway in the harbour near to Tenby Castle Beach.
