Tombs with a View. The grave yard in Capel Garmon's old chapel offers views across the Conwy Valley to the mountains of Snowdonia. Hen Capel at Capel Garmon was originally a "chapel of ease" to Llanrwst, the market town in the valley below. The church served the area of Garth Garmon and Tybrith Uchaf, and Capel Garmon did not become a separate parish until 1927. There have been a number of churches on this site since early times and the present building was consecrated on 11 November 1862 but it is now in a dilapidated condition and sadly was closed some years ago. ....
