A view toward Portmeirion from the south bank of the Glaslyn and Dwyryd Estuary. The views are spectacular but beware the incoming tides as they can be treacherous. At low tide one would believe that it was possible to cross the estuary to Portmeirion ..but you can't. The beach at Traeth Bach is most easily accessed via the lane off the A496 close to Ynys and Llechollwyn. It is the perfect spot for a picnic. Limited parking available. ....
