Parc Eirias in Colwyn Bay is the proposed site for the new Welsh Rugby Union north Wales side Rygbi Gogledd Cymru (North Wales Rugby). In light of this a number of improvements are planned to upgrade the present Eirias Park stadium with an eventual goal of becoming the fifth Welsh rugby region. The proposals include a rugby training pitch, floodlights, a 2,000-seat grandstand, a weights room and additional car parking. ....
