Just outside Abergavenny, the newly-refurbished Charthouse Restaurant offers fine food and wines in a comfortable & relaxing atmosphere. Our menu is a mix of unique and regional dishes using seasonal ingredients, many of which are locally sourced, and our excellent wine list is selected to suit all palates. THE CHARTHOUSE is owned and run by Head Chef Wesley Harris With a background of working in some of the finest establishments locally and in London & Ireland, Wesley is putting his energy, skills and knowledge into his own business. In the past he has worked for Stephen Terry at The Hardwick, near Abergavenny, and until June 2010 he was Matt Tebbutt's Head Chef at The Foxhunter, at Nant-y-Deri. Wesley prides himself on using local and fresh produce to create a relaxing, fine dining experience.....
