We hope you enjoy your visit and assure you of a warm welcome when you visit our Museum. The museum was purchased by Mike Richards in April 2000, a well known vintage and veteran car enthusiast. In the museum there are over 40 cars giving a complete history of the motor car, ranging from a 1906 Rover,6 Horse Power to a modern 1969 Jaguar 'E' type series II, 171 brake horse power. All the cars are in excellent condition and are used by their owners from time to time on car rallies. In addition to the concourse display, there are a few exhibits in the workshop which are being meticulously restored. Once you have enjoyed your viewing of our collection, there are a number of other interesting displays for you to view. Currently on display, there is a huge collection of model corgi and dinky toys. Formerly, the toys of children in earlier generations, before the onset of PC's, Gameboy, Playstation and the like, model collecting has developed into a full time occupation for some enthusiasts. The models currently on display belong to Alexander, son of the museum owner Mike. Alexander has been collecting the cars for over 5 years. The collection has generated a great deal of interest from visitors to the museum. Having finished viewing these models, you are free to relax in our dining area. Here you can have a snack, tea, coffee or a drink from the licensed bar. With over 20 tables, there is space for everybody. We have even thought of your little ones. There is a play area specially for your youngsters. Here they can play with the Lego or numerous other toys or watch the video of Thomas the Tank Engine. They too will enjoy the visit to our museum. There is another area which will be of interest to car enthusiasts and this is our video and magazine lounge. Here you can enjoy your relaxing drink whilst looking at a wide range of motoring videos or take a look at vast range of motoring books and magazines. We are sure that you have plenty to look at.....
