Old Colwyn Promenade stretches along the seafront in Old Colwyn, Conwy County, North Wales. There are no facilities at this end of the Bay of Colwyn. No toilets, no cafe kiosks, no shops, but this does not put off the hardy anglers who fish from the promenade all year round. Any thing will do ...cod, eels, dabs, dog fish or sea bass if they are very lucky. In the summer months large numbers of anglers gather along the seafront to catch those crazy mackerel that seem to jump on the fishermen's hooks.... (all except that is the hooks of Mr Billy Bagnall).....
