The St Idloes Golf Club was founded 1897. The club is situated on top of the hill one mile to the north of Llanidloes. The course is nine holes in undulating parkland and there are no water hazards, but the gorse and heather are natural hazards. As with most of the courses in Powys there are magnificent views to be seen including the Severn Valley, the Radnor hills, Plynlimmon and the Cambrian Mountains.....
