The Potters' Gallery opened in 2003 in the medieval town of Conwy. It is a co-operative, organised and run by members of “North Wales Potters” to exhibit ceramic work of excellence, produced by twenty regional makers. There is a wide range of work for sale, from domestic ware to rare collectors' items and the essentially sculptural, one off and limited production pieces. The friendly atmosphere of the gallery encourages our visitors to browse and it is our aim to make high quality ceramics accessible to all. The Gallery is also an information centre intent on promoting knowledge and understanding of studio ceramics, encouraging standards of excellence, both technical and aesthetic. ....
