Just a few metres from an award-winning Blue Flag beach, the Trearddur Bay Hotel boasts an on-site restaurant and bar and bright, elegant rooms, most with free Wi-Fi. The hotel is less than 10 minutes’ drive from Holyhead, with its rail station and ferry terminal.

The à la carte Bay Restaurant offers the finest in locally sourced meat and seafood, used to create a delicious menu showcasing the best of the Isle of Anglesey, including Menai mussels to award-winning local sausages. The Inn at the Bay is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week serving fine home-cooked family friendly meals in the relaxed surroundings of the conservatory dining area. There is also a bar area serving a wide range of cask ales, continental beers, wines by the glass or bottle, and a full range of Roma Espresso coffees.
Trearddur Bay boasts a Blue Flag sandy beach sloping to the sea. There are slipways available for boat launching. The beach has a protected bathing area marked by buoys and a warden service. Holyhead ferry and train port is approximately six minutes away by car making the hotel an ideal stop on a trip to or from Ireland. Anglesey has a fascinating history boasting several historic sites such as Beamaris Castle, Plas Newydd country house, Beaumaris gaol and the famous Bryn Celli Ddu burial site. There are plenty of child-friendly attractions such as the Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Farm Park and Pili Palas Butterfly Farm on the Island. Anglesey is a haven with golfers being home to several beautiful courses, the nearest being James Braid-designed Holyhead Golf Club. There are several other 18-hole courses within a 20-minute drive from Trearddur Bay. For any fan of Watersports, the new Trearddur Bay Watersports Cabin at the car and trailer park close to the hotel offers changing rooms, showers and a briefing room for anyone wanting to splash around.
By Car: - Take the A55 Expressway. - When this terminates at Holyhead, take the first turning off the roundabout onto the B4545, signposted Trearddur Bay. - Continue on this road for 1.7 miles and then turn right at the boat garage onto Lon Isallt. - The hotel is 350 yards further along on the right. From the ferry terminal at Holyhead: - Take the B4545, signposted Trearddur Bay. - Continue on this road for 1.7 miles and then turn right at the boat garage onto Lon Isallt. - The hotel is 350 yards further along on the right. By Air: The hotel is just a 10-minute taxi ride from Anglesey Airport, with daily flights from Cardiff. By Train: Holyhead station is located about 5 minutes away by taxi from the hotel.
