The family-run Ferryboat Inn is 500 metres from Fishguard Harbour. It offers a quality restaurant, cosy bar, alfresco dining, and stylish en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs.
Rooms at the Ferryboat Inn & Restaurant have a modern décor and include hospitality trays. Late arrivals are welcome, once prearranged with the inn.
The Ferryboat is classified as an 'inn' by Visit Wales. Its restaurant serves homemade Welsh dishes using local ingredients, and the bar serves Welsh beers and ciders, as well as wines from around the world.
The Inn is a 15-minute walk from Fishguard Harbour Railway Station and just a 10-minute walk from the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Free parking is available on-site.
The Ferryboat Inn is situated on the A487 Fishguard to St. Davids road, 500 metres from the Fishguard to Rosslare ferry terminal.
- Take the road to St Davids at the roundabout at the ferry terminal exit.
- The inn is 500 metres along this road, on the right-hand side.
Late check in is available for passengers travelling on the late ferry. In these circumstances, no staff will be available to greet you. However, the hotel will leave the keys out in the hallway and provide you with a code for the front door. You must contact the hotel at least 2 days before arrival if you require this service.
24-hour personal check-in is not available, and you may arrive at the
property to find no one present to check you in. However, in these
circumstances a key will be left in the hallway and you can contact the property to get the doorcode to gain access into the buidling (sign on front door provides instructions for this).
The restaurant and bar are open Tuesdays to Saturdays, from Easter to the last week in September. At other times dinner is available 5 nights a week
(Tuesdays to Saturdays) and is served at 19:45 - however you must request
this when booking.
