This stylish studio apartment is spread over two levels, with the main rooms all being on the upper floor, giving a view across the ancient town of Lostwithiel. The town sits at the bottom of a wooded valley and is divided by the beautiful River Fowey as it meanders to the coast. River walks, kayaking and fishing can all be enjoyed for those wishing to mess about on the river.
For evenings out or a lazy lunch, the town is renowned for its selection of excellent pubs and restaurants that serve local food and great ales, some of which are brewed in the town.
It also boasts its own castle. The Eden Project is close by, as are a number of National Trust properties. Golf, riding, sailing and river trips nearby.
