The South West Coastal Path nearby offers wonderful walking with outstanding coastal scenery. Positioned midway between Lands End and Lizard Point, the village of Ashton has a pub within easy walking distance. Falmouth, Penzance and St Ives are all within thirty minutes’ drive. Marazion with St Michael’s Mount (NT) are well worth a visit.
Praa Sands beach is only 1.25 miles, whilst Rinsey Cove for the more adventurous is 1.5 miles by road or coastal path. The fishing village of Porthleven, with its variety of pubs and restaurants is 3 miles.
