This delightful semi-detached, thatched holiday cottage is in the pretty unspoilt village of Puddington, set within the conservation area. Decorated and furnished to a good standard, with antique pine furniture and beams, which gives the property charm and character. Exeter is just 16 miles, the medieval market town of Tiverton is close by. Ideally located for touring Devon with its many resorts and beauty spots all within easy reach. A lovely location for walkers being located between Exmoor and Dartmoor and having many footpaths from the door and the highest point in Devon being in the next village of Black Dog. Shop 4 miles, restaurant and pub 2 miles.
