A delightful beach front retreat, Breakers is just a stone’s throw from the golden sand and dunes in the small seaside village of Instow on the breathtaking North Devon Coast. This stunning, spacious holiday house, one of a pair, is decorated in a tasteful beach style, with fabulous sea views and is ideal for a family seaside holiday or relaxing escape. Just outside the front door is a long, flat promenade to enjoy a walk and maybe sample the famous, locally made Hockings ice cream, with the backdrop of Instow beach’s golden sands.
The area is a must for watersports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail which passes through the village. Golf is also available locally. There are numerous NT properties to visit in the area including Arlington and Hartland Abbey, as well as the RHS gardens at Rosemoor and Docton Mill, and North Devon is well positioned for visits to Exmoor, Dartmoor and North Cornwall. Bideford, 2 miles, offers town amenities and boat trips to Lundy Island and for family fun The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks are close by.
