Dating from 1650, Stepps Cottage is a superb Grade II listed, one of a pair, thatched long house; presented in excellent decorative order. Set on a steep driveway, it is full of character features such as mullion windows and feature fireplace. Set on the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage site noted for its geology, dramatic cliffs and fossils. Axmouth is close by and a short distance away is Seaton with Blue Flag beach and unique tramway. The axe estuary is a delight for birdwatchers with 6 hides and 3½ miles of cycleways. Windsurfing, golf, horse riding and NT properties close by. Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe, Sidmouth and Exeter within easy access. Shops 1 mile, pub 500 yards.
