These single-storey, semi-detached (W8683) and mid-terrace (W8684) barn conversions are two of three holiday cottages situated on a smallholding with some cattle, within a few miles of the ancient market town of Cirencester.
W8683 has a spacious open plan living room and a walk in shower room, whilst W8684 has glass doors opening onto a seating area. There is a separate south-facing lawn, suitable for barbecues, which is shared between all the cottages. The Cotswold Water Park nearby offers sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing and fishing and there are plenty of footpaths and cycleways to explore. Grazing is available for horse owners. Visit the Steam Railway Museum at Swindon, play polo at Cirencester or explore the countryside.
Explore the Roman market town of Cirencester, whose market square is dominated by the cathedral-like St John Baptist Church. Often referred to as the capital of the Cotswolds, there are regular market days for farmers, crafts and antiques, with many shows, events and festivals running throughout the year. The Cotswold Water Park is a unique tourist attraction with more than 140 lakes, offering sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing and fishing, or just walking and cycling along the many footpaths. Watch world class polo players competing in the oldest playing ground in the UK. Nearby Westonbirt Arboretum is a wonderful world of trees, with 17 miles of trails wandering through some of the tallest, oldest and rarest trees in the world.
Shop and pub 2.5 miles, restaurant 5 miles.
