The stunning beauty of Shropshire and the Welsh borderlands with their abundance of wildlife are on your doorstep. The medieval town of Ludlow, famed for its castle and fascinating architecture is 16 miles away and Shrewsbury with its ‘Shuts and Passages’ is a 22 mile drive. This is an ideal holiday base for walkers with Offa’s Dyke, Long Mynd, Stiperstones and Wenlock Edge all a short drive away. For activity seekers there is horse riding, gliding, climbing, swimming and fishing available in the area. Shops, restaurant and pubs close by.
