Cwn Broadwell is a detached holiday home which lies within its own valley of 35 acres, bordered by forest enjoying glorious, unspoilt, panoramic views. One half of the house is stone built with a wealth of timber beams in a cottage style. The other half steps down to enjoy high ceilings and beautiful timber floors. The house offers immediate access to the Radnor Forest, ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching. The solid wood kitchen boasts a timber beamed ceiling, Rayburn, range cooker and large larder fridge. The stunning living room offers beautiful views along with a large wood-burning stove and French doors. The property also has a music room with piano and electric keyboard for guests to enjoy as well as a two person sauna. Outside, there is a courtyard/patio garden with picnic bench and large garden with rose pergola rising over the timber steps which lead to the secluded lawn area. Through the top gate walking access to Mutton Dingle, Radnor Forest and beautiful moorland. Ideally placed for exploring the beautiful border towns of Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow, Llandrindod Wells, Kington and Presteigne. Canoeing, pony trekking, bird watching, climbing, paragliding and many more activities are all within easy reach. Shop and pub ½ mile.
