This fine example of a three-storey property, constructed of stone and slate to complement the Welsh tradition, is conveniently located in the heart of Llanbedr village, 1½ miles from Harlech. One of a row and furnished throughout to a very high standard, with excellent use of space, this property provides everything needed for a well deserved holiday break. The sunny south-facing patio to the rear is enclosed with views looking out across the open countryside. The beaches and facilities at Shell Island are approximately 1¼ miles away and another favourite beach used by visitors and locals is a short drive at Llandanwg. Tourist attractions in the vicinity include slate caverns, Portmeirion - the famous Italianate village, the steam railway, Coed y Brenin forest - good for mountain biking and walking, numerous beaches, waterfall walks and for younger guests a funfair at Barmouth along with donkey rides (seasonal) can provide good entertainment.
Geographically the property is in a great position to explore the remainder of North Wales and Snowdonia with its spectacular scenery, and the Llyn peninsula has lots to offer from watersports in Aberdovey to Criccieth Castle. Further on down into mid Wales there are plenty of market towns such as Machynlleth with the Centre for Alternative Technology, King Arthur’s Labyrinth and the university town of Aberystwyth. Restaurants, pubs, shops and butchers are all located in the village centre. The Royal St David’s golf course is 1½ miles away.
