The holiday cottages enjoy 10 acres of uncultivated meadow - a haven for wildlife, especially birds. Dolaucothi Roman gold mines are 3 miles. For walks, mountain biking and cycling, Brechfa Forest is 10 minutes away, and The Brecon Beacons, with breathtaking scenery, are easily reached. Visit Llandeilo with unusual galleries and boutiques. Within a reasonable drive are Aberglasney Gardens with its Ninfarium, The National Botanical Gardens of Wales, and Cardigan Bay, where bottlenosed dolphins can sometimes be seen.
