Set in a fabulously secluded location surrounded by mature broadleaf woodland, these cosy detached cottages offer peace and tranquillity in abundance. Part of a 100-acre estate, these 200-year-old stone cottages are ideal for those wishing to escape from it all, making the perfect romantic holiday hideaway. A 15-minute drive leads to the Victorian seaside town of Tywyn, which has four miles of sandy beaches, a cinema and leisure centre, and an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. The town itself is surrounded by the Tarren Hills, and plays host to the 7-mile long Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Steam Railway that runs between Tywyn Wharf and Nant Gwernol. With all areas of the Snowdonia National Park being easily accessible, guests will never be short of places to visit. Some of the more local visitor attractions include the Centre for Alternative Technology, King Arthur’s Labyrinth, Animalarium, Coed-y-Brenin Forest, and Portmeirion Italianate village.
