RSPB Ynys-hir with oak woodland, wet grassland and saltmarshes is a haven for all types of birds and where you can watch them from the hides. Close by, the Dyfi Osprey project will equally delight nature fans.Visit nearby Ynyslas sand dunes with waymarked boardwalks and visitor centre, appealing seaside resorts of Aberdovey, colourful Georgian harbour town Aberaeron, quaint New Quay and stately Aberysytwyth with a Victorian electric cliff railway, promenade and pier, or take the narrow gauge steam train to Devil’s Bridge and waterfalls.
