Wonderfully situated for walks in the Berwyn Mountains
This large detached holiday property with a farmhouse kitchen is located in the village of Llandrillo, between Corwen and Bala, and has views of the surrounding countryside. It is ideal for family holidays and is within walking distance of an award winning restaurant. This property is wonderfully situated for exploring the many walks in the Berwyn Mountains or visiting Bala, a mecca for watersports enthusiasts with its lake and sailing opportunities. There is a narrow gauge steam train that takes you alongside Lake Bala. In the other direction is Corwen with the historic Llangar Old Church and Rug Chapel. Llangollen, home of both the International Musical Eisteddfod and Llangollen Steam Railway is just a short distance away, as is Ruthin where you can visit the magnificently restored Nantclwyd Y Dre town house. Also visit Betws y Coed, gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, with its bustling shops and leafy forest walks. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is well worth a visit. Shops, pubs and restaurants ½ mile.
