Superbly situated on the headland overlooking the harbour village of Abersoch, enjoying far-reaching views over Cardigan Bay to Snowdonia and beyond. Skilfully divided into three spacious holiday homes, with sea views from all lounges and most bedrooms, Cim Farm, part of a 400-acre working farm, enjoys 2½ miles of private coastline - offering exclusive walks and views normally restricted to the public. Each has its own patio and barbecue, and is furnished to a good standard, with a large well-equipped fitted kitchen. With full central heating (inclusive), they provide a cosy holiday retreat at any time of year; and although completely self-contained, they can be interconnected to accommodate large party bookings of up to 30 guests. The property is particularly ideal for large family get-togethers and celebrations, also it offers excellent facilities for business groups, societies and clubs etc. Enjoy shared use of the surrounding large lawned gardens and a play area. Cim Canol is the centre property which connects with both Cim and Cim Bach (Cim and Cim Bach are not directly connected). This part of the beautiful, remote Lleyn Peninsula has many seaside resorts and excellent walking around its lovely Heritage coastline, and is within an easy drive of the Snowdonia National Park. Nearby Abersoch, with many shops, pubs and restaurants, has a pretty harbour and great watersport facilities, including sailing, windsurfing, jet-skiing and dinghy hire. There is a sandy beach within easy reach, and the resort of Pwllheli is just a little further along the coast. To the south west is the long stretch of wild coastline of Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth Bay) and the NT property, Plas-Yn-Rhiw: whose ornamental gardens and woodlands stretch down to the sea. There are boat trips from Aberdaron to Bardsey Island - a haven for seals. To experience the magnificent scenery of Snowdonia, a trip on the narrow-gauge Ffestiniog Railway is essential - this 13-mile journey through splendid wooded mountains passes lakes and waterfalls, and will take you to Porthmadog (easily reached by car) on the coast of the famous ’City of Slate’, Blaenau Ffestiniog. Here, there are train rides into the Llechwedd Slate Caverns, and walks through tunnels deep within the working Gloddfa Ganol Slate Mine. Further north, and not for the faint-hearted, the summit of awesome Snowdon can be reached on foot - there are 5 main footpaths of varying difficulties, all clearly described in leaflets and maps authorised by the Park Authority. Of course, the Snowdon Mountain Railway, with trains departing from Llanberis, offers a far easier assent! Golf and riding locally. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles.
