This cosy stone built cottage is adjacent to the owner’s farm B&B and provides a wonderful retreat. Located just a couple of miles from the Dyfnant Forest, and Lake Vyrnwy where fishing can be arranged, with its unique sculpture park and Victorian dam and lake beyond with canoeing, sailing and fishing. Clay pigeon shooting, archery and a spa at cost from a nearby hotel, and cycles can be hired from the craft and visitor centre. The market town of Welshpool, with steam train and imposing Powis Castle (NT) is a short drive. Ideal for bird watchers and walkers. Shop 2 miles, pub 3 miles, restaurant 5 miles.
