There is a large conservatory opening out onto the extensive decking area to the rear of the property, overlooking the delightful garden which provides opportunities for al-fresco dining, barbecuing or just enjoying the sunshine. There are local pub/restaurants within walking distance and the Good Food Guide’s Wales Restaurant of the Year is situated in the next village of Llandrillo. There are also plenty of walking opportunities in the area. Thrill seekers will love the high ropes course situated just outside of Llandderfel, whilst more outdoor pursuits are available at Bala Lake, a short distance away. The town of Bala has a great selection of shops, pub and restaurants, and the Bala Lake narrow gauge steam railway runs from the village of Llanuwchllyn along the shore of the lake. A mountain road will take you to Lake Vyrnwy and its massive Victorian dam, and the towns of Corwen, Llangollen, Dolgellau and Betws y Coed, the gateway to Snowdonia, all within easy reach.
