Within a mile is the village of Talybont village which boasts four pubs, café and the Monmouthshire to Brecon Canal. For cycling and walking there are bridle paths, footpaths and the Taff Trail within 1/4 mile and a registered cycle trail starts within 100 yards. Other activities include fishing and riding. The properties offer locked cycle storage and cycle and boot washing facilities. A breakfast hamper containing produce off the farm can be ordered before arrival for £5 per person per day. The market town of Brecon is approx 4½ miles or visit Hay-on-Wye. Hereford, Monmouth and Abergavenny are all nearby. Shops, pubs and restaurants 4½ miles.
