Nestling within a 23 acre small holding, opposite the owner’s home, with views over the countryside and the Mid Wales mountains. Some 60 species of birds have been seen, including buzzards and red kites. Located near Pencader in Carmarthenshire, known as the ’Garden of Wales’. Sitting half way between the Carmarthenshire coast with Llansteffan being approx 20 miles to the south and the North Pembrokeshire coast with the fabulous Poppet Sands beach approx 26 miles. Brechfa Forest with its wonderful walks is also close by. The market town of Carmarthen is just 10 miles and said to be the birthplace of Merlin, the legendary wizard of King Arthur. The area is steeped in history, with medieval castles and abbeys, as well as several steam railways. Shop 31/2 miles, pub 21/4 miles.
