Cynfal Gems is located in the beautiful Cynfal Valley in Snowdonia, North Wales, United Kingdom.

We manufacture gem-stone jewelry using stones from all over the world, including the particularly attractive "snow" quartz which is "mined" in the grounds of our premises.
Our range of products comprises: pendants, key rings, small bracelets, brooches, and rings.We also supply ear rings by special order only.
The pendants can be supplied in an attractive gift box if required.
Other types of stone from all over the world, are obtained from specialist suppliers, except the different types of gneiss which we collect personally from Norway.
After being broken into smaller pieces some of the stones are trimmed to particular shapes using diamond-tipped blades, whilst others are used in a free or "baroque" form.
All stones spend up to four weeks undergoing a "tumbling " process in order to obtain a smooth and polished finish.
Some of the stones can be matched in order to manufacture earings which are available by special order only. These are for pierced ears.
The fittings or findings we use are gilt, and should not cause any adverse skin reactions.
Each item makes an attractive gift or souvenir.

It is believed by many people that the wearing or carrying of gem-stones can help with certain medical conditions.
Cynfal Gems does not make such claims, but we are happy to provide information concerning many of the stones we use, at a small extra charge.

Orders can usually be despatched within 48 hours of being received.
In the event of this not being possible you will be given a delivery date when placing an order.
Deliverys are charged at cost. Some local deliveries may be free depending on location and size of order.

Cynfal Gems is a member of the Wales Craft Council (Cyngor Crefft Cymru).

Visits to the workshop can be arranged.
