Llandudno 10 mile Race
Ironman Wales - a triathlon, for both women and men, taking place in the county of Pembrokeshire in the southwest of Wales, amongst over 35 conservation areas, 180 miles of coastal park, surrounded by 50 castles. Spectator
This will take place on the 30th April and 1st May 2011. The format is as follows:
Scratch stroke play over 54 holes, with 36 holes being played on the Saturday.

The Championship is decided by match play over 18 holes, with the exception of the final which is contested over 36 holes. The entry is limited to 100 and the handicap limit is 5.
