This is the flattest section of the coastal path and in the main keeps to the Menai Strait. If you have an interest in ancient monuments and burial chambers it might be worth your while to divert from the path some 2 miles to the village of Llanddaniel Fab to visit the Bryn Celli Ddu burial chamber one of Wales' most important ancient sites.
Back on the route the path diverts a short way inland at Llanidan, where
you may see the evocative remains of Llanidan Old Church (by peering
over a garden wall!).
