The Narth, Monmouthshire
The Narth is a village in the county of Monmouthshire, Wales. Nearby towns and communities, include New-mills, Llandogo, Trelleck, Hoop, Pen-twyn and Catbrook.
The town sits in the heart of a wooded landscape including Vicar's Allotment, Manor wood, Beacon Hill and Cuckoo Wood, a wide variety of woodland, offering ramblers a range of footpaths from which to choose a pleasant walk.
The Wye Valley footpath passes within one mile of the village as it meanders 136 miles from Chepstow to Rhayader, criss-crossing the lower border of England and Wales.
The Narth is a small village with a close community. They hold many events including village barbeques, film nights in the village hall, walks, cake stands and a gardening club to keep both the parents and the kids occupied.
