Gartheli is a small rural village in the county of Ceredigion, Wales. It is located about eight miles south east of Aberaeron and about five miles north of Lampeter.
The village stands on elevated ground above the Vale of the Aeron, with the Nant Meurig stream flowing past the village to join the River Aeron, about a mile north. It is part of the community Nancwnlle. The nearest villages are Abermeurig and Llwyn y Groes.
St Gartheli Church (Church in Wales) stands to the north of the village. It is a plain stone building, rebuilt in 1875, with a bellcote on the west gable.
