Picture of Dwyran
Dwyran is a village 5km south east of Malltraeth and 3km west of Brynsiencyn, close to the Menai Strait on the Isle of Anglesey, North Wales. The Afon Braint travels through Dwyran before running into the sea at Abermenai Beach near Newborough Warren just 2.5km south of the village. Nearby is the Anglesey Model Village, and Castell Bryn Gwyn, an ancient stronghold, is to be found north east of the village. The old church of Llangeinwen, also known as St Ceinwens, is located on the edge of the village.
