Bettws Bledrws is a village which straddles the A485 between Lampeter and Tregaron in Ceredigion, Wales. The village stands some three miles north-east of Lampeter, and about a mile and a half south-west of Llangybi.
The picturesque landscaped Derry Ormond Park, designed by C.R. Cockerell, lies some half a mile from the village (unfortunately not open to the public). Derry Ormond Park included three lakes, associated cascades and a magnificent bridge and the designer manipulated the water so as to maximise the picturesque views within the park.
The parish church of Betws Bledrws, an "estate church" originally supported by the nearby Derry Ormond estate, is dedicated to the obscure St Bledrws. Within the church are the Parish War Memorials and several fine stained glass windows.
