Aberbanc is a small village situated on the A475 road, in Ceredigion, Wales. It stands on a sharp bend in the road approximately four miles east of Newcastle Emlyn between Lampeter and Cardigan.
The village has a rather striking War Memorial, in the form of a white marble figure of a serviceman, stood atop a black granite base.
Aberbanc has a primary school (as of 2013) which also serves adjacent communities at Penrhiw-llan and Henllan.
The Teifi Valley Cycle Trail, Lon Teifi, passes close by the village and there are several walks and rights of way on the undulating landscape.
Railway buffs will appreciate the proximity (one mile) of the Teifi Valley Railway, a 2 ft (610 mm) gauge heritage railway operating between Llandysul and Newcastle Emlyn on about two miles of track.
