Nantmel lies on the banks of the river Dulas near Llandrindod Wells in Mid Wales, and is close to the towns and villages of Rhayader, Crossgates and Builth Wells.
St Crynllo's church, founded by the saint during the 5th century, has been rebuilt twice. The present building was constructed at the end of the 18th century, but the base of the tower was built earlier in the 17th century. Some believe that the tower itself was built in the 13th century but no records have been found of this. ....
