Llanedeyrn is a district of Cardiff, situated between Cyncoed and Llanrumney in South Wales. It is named after the 6th century saint Ederyn, who, along with St Islan, travelled around Wales preaching and spreading the word of faith.
The parish church is dedicated to St Ederyn. It is simple in style and dates back to 1123. Although small restorations have been made to the building, it still maintains many of its Norman features, such as the fine detailed windows and doorframes. ....
