Letterston (Welsh: Treletert) is a village in the north of the county of Pembrokeshire, southwest Wales. The village stands on the A40 road between Fishguard (some 6 miles north) and Haverfordwest (10 miles south). It lies to the east of the Western Cleddau River and to the west of the Ysgybor Mountain (232m).

The Harp at Letterston is a family owned and run, family friendly pub and restaurant standing on the edge of the village.
