Amlwch Port lies on the north east coast of Anglesey, North Wales. The village is set adjacent to a deep cutting in the rocky coastline that forms the safe harbour. The harbour sits between the headlands of Llam Carw and Trywyn Costog. A heritage centre is planned for the port to mark its history and its association with the mining of Parys Mountain. The Anglesey Coastal Path skirts the coastline at Porth Amlwch
