For the Golf enthusiasts there are a number of first class Golf Courses in North Wales including Conwy, Llandudno, Rhos on Sea, Betws y Coed, and Penmaenmawr, all within a few miles drive
Fishing enthusiasts have the pick of classic rivers like the Conwy, the Lledr, and the Clwyd for their salmon and sea-trout, while sea anglers can cast off from the piers in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno and enjoy excellent bass fishing. There is also a wide range of more strenuous outdoor activities available from mountaineering, orienteering, abseiling, canoeing, and horse riding from beach rides to Mountain Treks.
