Aberdovey beach is in Cardigan Bay in the county of
Gwynedd. The beach is located at the mouth of the River Dovey’s
estuary. It is within the Snowdonia National Park and affords
magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and the estuary. Aberdyfi
beach is a small harbour resort and a popular destination for sailing
and windsurfing. Regattas are held in the summer months and nearby there
is also a championship golf course. Facilities at the beach include
food, toilets, disabled toilets and a slipway for boats.
